Employment Partnerships

For long-term sustainability and succession-planning, the cultivation of investment partners and leaders within the organization is key. Proposed roles for development include:

  • Farm Manager - maintaining day to day agricultural operations during the growing season, engaged in crop planning and market support.

  • FT Floral/Herb Lead - supports daily farm work with a stronger engagement in floral and herb operations, seasonal planning and floral value-added products and events.

  • Hospitality Manager - responsible for guest experience and booking support, maintains event/booking calendar and administrative tasks, supervises turnover of each unit.

  • Culinary/Kitchen Manager - maintains kitchen rental calendar, oversees in house production including goods for sale and on-site service, upholds food safety standards and associated administrative tasks.

  • Administrative Assistant - completes administrative tasks in support of all branches of Working Tree Farm including payroll and benefits, hiring support, SOP development and maintenance.
