Farm Stays, Event Rentals and Working Partnerships
During the establishment period, the agricultural branch of Working Title Farm will increase the earning potential of the on-site Short Term Rentals and generate opportunity for event-based site rentals hosted by third parties. In turn, the additional revenue streams also serve to increase the profile of all business units, improving brand awareness and overall return rate year to year.
The agricultural aspect of the operation anticipates break-even within five years and profitability within ten years. Adding more employment opportunities may impact the timeline for profitability but will improve community buy-in and long term business sustainability.
By incorporating individual-driven projects and enterprises, Working Title Farm has opportunity to increase income with limited initial liability. In partnership with local entrepreneurs, Working Title Farm can provide space, brand backing and sales support to agricultural passion projects such as apiaries, value-added production or small animal husbandry; the primary cost and labor is shouldered by the partner and benefits all parties through increased market coverage and improved diversity of products and services.
